An article for those who are in software industry...

Dear friends,
How many of you think that you enjoy your job and really happy with the work you do. As per me after spending some time may be one or two years in the industry, you get a feel of doing same things again and again. So let me tell you, what point I want to make here...I just want to make you think about how can we get rid of this?
