Think outside the box, be positive.

Once there was a great king. Everyone in his kingdom was living happily. He loved his people very much and people in his kingdom also loved him back. He was very brave king. At young age he had lost his one eye and a leg in a war.

One day, he was walking through his palace. While walking he came across a wall in the passage, where he saw the great paintings of his ancestors. He thought to himself, some day when he will not be around and his grand children will see the pictures on these walls, how will they know about me and my braveries as that of his ancestors. So he wanted his painting also to be there, however he didn't go for it thinking how the painting would turn out. This time he thought to give it a try.

So on his birthday, he invited all the painters/artists over his kingdom. He told them to make a painting of himself. Whoever can create such a painting will be greatly rewarded if he liked the painting. No one came forward thinking how can we draw a beautiful painting of such a physically challenged king. What if he punish us if he doesn't like the painting.

Finally, one artist came forward and said that he would make a beautiful painting of the king and he will also like it very much. So he started on the painting.

King was so eager to see the painting and so was his people. After few days of hard work, the artist told that the painting is ready. People gathered to see his painting along with the king. When the artist shown the painting there was loud applause and everyone cheered. King was also very happy after seeing the painting and greatly rewarded the artist with gold and farms.

Now you might wonder, what he did. How he made the painting beautiful? Well, he created a painting wherein King was in middle of a battlefield pointing an arrow towards the enemy having one eye closed  and as he was on a horse, only one leg was on visible side while other was another side of the horse.

This way, by thinking out of the box, he created beautiful picture. He focused on positive things.

Morale of the story is we should look at things/problems from various angles, stay positive and think outside the box.
